Hewlett-Packard's recently announced netbooks, the 10.1-inch HP Mini 210 and HP Mini 210 HD are now available for purchase.

The Mini 210 and 210 HD come with the Intel Atom N450 1.66GHz processor, the Intel GMA 3150 integrated graphics, 1GB of DDR2 memory, a 160GB or 250GB hard drive, a DVD burner, a 3- or 6-cell battery, and Windows 7 Starter Edition OS. Additionally, the 210 HD includes the Broadcom Crystal HD Enhanced Video accelerator for hardware decoding of HD 1080p high definition video.

HP's 210 netbook has a 1024×600-pixel anti-glare display, whereas the HD model has an edge-to-edge BrightView Infinity 1366×768 screen. Both displays have LED backlight.

Other features include a built-in web camera, stereo speakers, a chicklet keyboard, 802.11b/g or b/g/n WiFi, optional Bluetooth, an Ethernet LAN port, three USB ports, a 5-in-1 media card reader, and a VGA output.
